Where do you ship?
We are a Canadian based company that ships across Canada the United States of America (USA). Shipping costs will apply to the different countries and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals that from time to time can include a Free Ship offer. The best place to catch that is by joining our email list.
We offer Free Standard Shipping for overs over $150 and apply a $10 flat rate to all other orders.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Canadian orders processed will take 4-5 business days to arrive. American orders processed will take 5-7 business day to arrive. Due to COVID, shipment transit can be delayed and is out of our control. Delivery details including your tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Our preferred partners are UPS, Purolator, FedEx and Canada Post.
Can I return my product?
Items purchased at full retail price (no clearance or sale on it) are eligible for returns within 15 days from receipt of purchase. Any orders outside this window we cannot support.
Email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take you through the process of returns and exchanges.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED.
Can I get my order package personalized for special occasion deliveries?
Absolutely, we are happy to include a handwritten note of congratulatory celebration or wrap it up some extra tissue paper. Once you place your order and you would like this option, email us directly with your order number and we'll work it out with you. Our gift boxes that you can build yourself are a perfect start to delivering some happy mail.
Where do you curate your brands from?
We are a shop that comes with a huge heart to support sustainable and ethical fashion manufacture. All our brands are vetted to be of quality fabrics and workers paid fair wages. We will not support any brand being curated into our shop that we suspect goes against our values. That's why we are proud of all the brands that we curate from Canada, USA, Europe and South Korea.
Why did some of my items arrive with no hang tags, are these second hand or used?
Absolutely not. We do not have a preloved program; although, we've been toying with the idea as of late we are not ready to offer this program yet.
We are, however, deeply committed to being as eco-friendly as we can be in our business practices because we are a shop that has kids future in mind. In 2021, we decided to donate proceeds for each order to plant a tree across Canada and the USA. As part of our eco-friendly initiative, we also made the decision to pack our orders in reusable cotton mesh bags. Lastly, we decided to not print any extra hang tags for our brands that are coming directly from independent designer's workshops.
