Shipping policy
Shipping within Canada
Choulala processes all orders within 2-3 business days of receipt of purchase via various carriers (UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, etc). You will receive an email confirmation of your order with a tracking number once your order has been completed. Please check your spam or junk folders if you cannot locate this email. Choulala is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All our pieces ship from Montreal, Canada so our Canadian customers need not worry about additional duties and taxes outside of sales tax.
Please note that in order to put you in packing priority, we need to purchase to schedule a ship label with anyone of our carriers. This DOES NOT mean that your order has been officially shipped. Check the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation to know when it has been picked up.
We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $150 across Canada which takes approximately 3-8 business days.
Orders less than $150 are charged a flat rate fee of $10 CAD.
Shipping to the United States
Choulala is happy to serve our south of the border neighbors. We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $150 via USPS which takes approximately 5 to 9 business days.
Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of our US customers. As such, shipments may be held by your state’s customs department for clearance and pick up if no one is at home for delivery. We thank you in advance for ensuring receipt as Choulala regrets to inform that no refunds of packages that are not acknowledged by the customer will be made.
Orders less than $150 are charged a flat rate fee of $12 USD.

How long will my order take?
Canadian customers can expect to receive their shipment within 3 to 8 business days from receipt of shipping confirmation email.
US customers can expect to receive their shipment within 5 to 9 business days within receipt of shipping confirmation email.
Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is a core tenet of Choulala’s experience. That is why if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Choulala will gladly authorize an exchange, store credit or refund of the purchase once we receive the items back. Returns and Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order by email to hello@choulalabox.com. Please specify your order number. All tags and labels must be attached as was received. No returns or exchanges will be made if the items are suspected to be worn.
We also understand that you are getting to know our sizing to meet your growing child. We encourage you to validate your child’s sizing against our size chart HERE. In the instance, the size chart was off, we offer item exchanges for the right size within 5 days of receipt of your order. Simply send us an email at hello@choulalabox.com. A re-stocking fee of $10.00 will be applied against your return or exchange.
There are certain situations where returns or exchanges are not granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No return or exchanges will be accepted.

What is Choulala's BLAST™ Box?
As an online kids fashion retailer, we curate fashionable children’s clothing and deliver it right to your front door. Our BLAST™ boxes are assembled using our own proprietary BLAST™ method for wardrobe selection. BLAST™ stands for the 5 basic wardrobe essentials you need to build the perfect wardrobe for your kids: (1) B is for Bottoms (2) L is for Layering Pieces (3) A is for Accessories (4) S is for socks/shoes and (5) T is for Tops
This method was developed because we believe kids don’t need lots of pieces for their everyday wardrobe needs, they need the right pieces. Pieces that are versatile to mix and match into a multitude of style options and ones that carry them from one season to the next. By delivering our BLAST™ boxes, you can also help your kids feel empowered by dressing themselves as the concept makes it fool proof to mix and match outfit combinations.

How is Choulala different from other boxed services?
Choulala is not a traditional stylist service. There are no required questionnaires, no follow up phone calls, no wait or surprises to your delivery. In fact, with our help you become your child’s own stylist. We are also NOT a subscription box. You buy as it suits your budget and needs.
What sizes do you carry?
We curate brands for babies newborn to 18 months old and kids (girls and boys), aged 2 to 8 years old.
What brands does Choulala carry?
We travel the globe to find brands that are unique, socially responsible and eco-conscious. We pride ourselves on partnering with independent designers as well those that have a social cause. Our pieces are LIMITED EDITION and we carry only a few of the styles each season. We want to support fashion that is not only high quality, but sustainable.

When will my credit card be charged?
When you enter your credit card information upon completing checkout, your credit card will be charged.
